Refresh or Full Build — how do I know?
If the bones are good and it just needs modernising, that's a Refresh. If it's badly dated, off-brand, or you're starting fresh, that's a Full Build. Not sure? The Health Check settles it.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
A set number, agreed up front, which is plenty to get it right. If you want more after that, we'll just have a quick chat about it. No surprise invoices.
Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes. It's built in Webflow and handed over with a walkthrough, so everyday changes don't need me.
Do you write the copy?
You can provide it, or we can agree copywriting as part of the project. Either way, I'll be clear about what's included before we start.
Can you do online shops?
For full e-commerce I'll introduce you to a trusted partner. If you already have a shop elsewhere, I'll build the marketing site that drives traffic to it.
Could funding cover some of the cost?
Sometimes, yes. Supports like the Grow Digital Voucher and LEADER funding can cover a share of the cost for eligible businesses. I'll tell you honestly whether you're likely to qualify before we agree anything, and there's more on the funding page if you want the detail.
